In like a lion, out like a lamb.

Today was one of those days that started out like a lion.  Even though she slept the whole night, Elizabeth woke up grum-py!  Luckily though, it didn’t last long and the day went out like a lamb.

It happened again last night!  Elizabeth slept straight until 6:00.  I can’t believe I have now had two nights of complete rest!  I feel like I still have sooo much sleep to catch up on from the two months I was up about every 45 minutes with her.

Last Friday I took Elizabeth for her hearing test.  I expected her to pass with flying colors as did her vision test, but her left ear failed.  The audiologist told me what she was hearing out of her left ear sounded like it would if you would talk while holding your hand over your mouth. [...]

Seventeen months.

14 months… 3 days after Gottcha Day!

15 months… finally home!

16 months… happily settled into her new life!

17 months… 1 inch taller and 3 pounds heavier!
